Friendly staff that has always made me feel valued over the past 6 years. They are very gentle and concerned about my comfort as well as genuinely interested in hearing what my concerns are. They have always worked with me as far as setting appointments and accepting cash payment. Love this dentist and highly recommend them!
So very appreciative of this office. I have sent all 3 of my kids to this office. The staff are always kind and professional. The Doctor is very informative and has kept their teeth and gums healthy. She is so good with my children. So is all the staff here.
Very friendly staff, courteous and willing to help me with my specific issue on an emergency's notice the very next morning. Very patient and answered all of my questions on a variety of dental issues. My wife and children also have appointments here. Will be coming back to their office in the future.
I love this dental office. I went to them years ago as well but due to not have insurance for a while, I had to go else where. Few years later I came back to start my braces and she was so accommodating and helpful. My dream is to straighten my teeth and she is helping me achieve that. ❤️ The staff is courteous and help work with your schedule.

A great follow up visit. Been coming here for years. Front office staff polite and efficient. My hygienist Leann is knowledgeable and engaging. Dr Dipali is direct and to the point with her recommendations for care. The practice understands my dental anxiety and works to make my visits bearable each and every time.
Dr. Dipali and her team is by far the best I have ever come across. She is excellent with kids and gives them enough time to settle. Very knowledgeable, expert in her skill and I have never had any post treatment pain or discomfort. Her staff checks to make sure you are alright the next day. very lucky that she is close to my town.
I love this dental office! All of the staff are extremely nice and friendly. Waiting area is nice, neat and kid friendly. I was referred earlier this year by my Mom who goes here as well. Had nothing but good things to say, So I thought I'd give them a try! Been going back since my very first visit. They make it very comfortable for you while you are getting your cleanings, treatments, etc. I give them 5 stars.
This is just the greatest dental practice. Office staff is beyond compare to any I've ever experienced (I'm 70), and Dr. Dipali is just the best. My husband (73 and not a fan of going to the dentist) FINALLY conceded to having his front teeth capped thanks to Dr. Dipali's tender care. For me, she noticed that my bottom teeth could use some straightening. Again, a gentle procedure using Invisilines, which I only needed to wear for six months and the retainer is the most comfortable mouth guard imaginable. Along with a little whitening, we both feel and look younger. Coming to Allen Heights Dental has been a game changer for us.
Absolutely fantastic staff..My daughter has ADHD and panic attacks but they were so gentle urging her on explaining everything to her . After our first failed attempts she finally was a able to get her fillings done. Thanks Doc and staff. I highly recommend them to anyone with a family
Wonderful Experience! Very clean and organized. I Drive from Uptown Dallas to McKinney to go to this dentist. From the time I walk into the door with the amazing, and Beautiful receptionists, to having a hygienist (Lisa friggin rocks!!!) tell me exactly what she is doing in my mouth. Showed my with the mirror, cracked a few jokes, and actually explained to me and got to my level so I could understand what is going on with my teeth! Non judgmental, and non pushy staff. the Doctor is extremely nice, and always quick and to the point. Like I said, I drive from Uptown Dallas to see her. Would recommend to anyone! My whole family goes to this location. My youngest is a year old and I have never seen anyone that is so patient and kind as this location. My two older ones are in high school and middle school, they're even eager to go on their appointment dates just to hear the update on their teeth and what they have done good or need to do for improvement. Eith all of this being said I would definitely recommend this to anyone's family because of the neat clean environment and also how all staff that is working does a great job to make you feel comfortable and very informative about what is going on with your teeth.
One last thing if you're looking for a place that gives you an option for braces or spacers for your kids, this location offers it and also has a great monthly plan that is Affordable!
Dr. Dipali is an excellent dentist. She has the most wonderful bedside manner. She is gentle, very kind an delightful to work with. Her front staff are professional, courteous and friendly. I higlhy recommend Allen Heights Dental whenever yu are seeking dental care.
I am so glad I changed my dentist last year and switched to Allen Heights. Luckily I did not have to go through any fillings, but my overall teeth cleaning experience was great. My hygienist was so gentle that I did not feel much while cleaning, she was so thorough and detailed, she took care of all the spots that were not cleaned for so many years. Thanks to Dr Dipali and her team.

I have been going to AHD for several years now and I've never had a bad experience. Everyone that has ever performed dental services on me has been the utmost professional. My wife and I have referred many family members and friends and there's never been a problem. When's the last time you heard that about a dentist office. I highly recommend AHD for anyone wanting dental work done. 5 stars for sure.
I HIGHLY recommend this office! The staff is great and Dr. Dipali is wonderful! I am 36 weeks pregnant and had a terrible toothache and they worked me in on a Monday morning and even offered to keep my 2 year old entertained until my husband could get there from work! I had to switch dentists due to change of insurance and I'm so glad I did! Thank y'all for taking care of this aching hormonal pregnant lady!
I take my kids here and everyone is polite and informative. I don’t have insurance for myself as a single mom and their cash prices are reasonable enough that I can afford to get my teeth cleaned. They also accept Chip and Medicaid but you get the quality and treatment as everyone else does, I can’t say the same about other offices we have been to.
My family and I have been going to Dr. Dipali for the last 4 years. One of the best dentist so far, Very ethical, professional and honest. Friendly and very caring staff! Everyone is always smiling. They follow all insurance protocols before doing any dental work like getting pre-approvals and authorizations. Very minimal wait times if any at all. Highly recommend.
